L’Imperial Royal Circus porta in pista il Circo Etico e Mama Africa

L’Imperial Royal Circus è lo storico Circo della famiglia Dell’Acqua, una delle dinastie circensi più antiche ed apprezzate d’Italia; una famiglia che ha vissuto il Circo anche sotto i bombardamenti della Seconda guerra mondiale e che oggi è arrivata alla sua quinta generazione artistica. Enis Dell’Acqua, figlio di Rudy, è un eccellente addestratore. Grazie al suo impegno quotidiano, il mondo dello spettacolo viaggiante vive una profonda evoluzione culturale: nelle vesti di membro attivo del SIAC Europa (Spettacolo dal Vivo e Benessere Animale), Dell’Acqua è il pioniere di una visione rivoluzionaria, il Circo Etico. Ad oggi, con il suo zoo viaggiante ed uno Chapiteau da mille posti a sedere, è tra i circhi che registrano il più alto numero di spettatori l’anno in Italia. Prosegue con successo il percorso del SIAC Europa volto a ridefinire il rapporto tra uomo e natura sotto il tendone del Circo, eleggendo Enis Dell’Acqua a primo Operatore Relazionale di questa nuova era. The Imperial Royal Circus is the historic circus of the Dell’Acqua family — one of Italy’s oldest and most esteemed circus dynasties — a family that kept the Circus alive even amidst the bombings of World War II which has now reached its fifth generation of performers. Enis Dell’Acqua, son of Rudy, is an accomplished animal trainer. Thanks to his daily dedication, the world of traveling entertainment is undergoing a profound cultural evolution: as an active member of SIAC Europa (Entertainment and Animal Welfare Union), Dell’Acqua is a pioneer with revolutionary vision: Circo Etico. In this new manifestation, an animal is not viewed as something to be exploited, but rather an equal partner, a friend and accomplice with which to establish a bond based on trust, collaboration, and respect for the animal’s welfare. The essence of this philosophy is epitomised in the number with Arabian liberty horses that Enis Dell’Acqua is presenting at Latina: a harmonious and evocative dialogue in which these magnificent creatures move freely in the ring, following the guidance and deep connection with their Equestrian Director, in a triumph of elegance and reciprocal understanding. The number is enriched by a spectacular Made in Italy finale involving a live ensemble composed of a singer, a violinist, and a violist. The Imperial Royal Circus has never ceased operations, not even when — amidst the devastating consequences of the Second World War — it lost both performers and animals to aerial bombardment. Directed by Rudy Dell’Acqua, the Imperial Royal Circus now features Rudy’s children — Elder, Enis, and Elison — among the stars of its shows. Today, with its traveling zoo and a 1,000-seat big top, it ranks among the circuses attracting the highest number of spectators annually in Italy. SIAC Europa continues its work with success, redefining the relationship between man and nature under the Big Top of the Circus, confirming Enis Dell’Acqua as the first Animal Relationship Specialist of this new era.
