Cultural Association Giulio Montico, Tax Code and Vat Number 02067380598, hereinafter referred to as “the Association”, according to art. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 in “regarding the protection of personal data of natural persons (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) wishes to provide the following information in writing. You are invited to take a view of the rules that the Association has set to collect and treat the personal data of the subject natural persons, hereinafter referred to as the « SUbject ».
- Law of the treatment
The source of the personal data is given directly by the Subject through the use of the contacts present on the website (e-mail, telephone number).
- Aim of the treatment of personal data
Personal data given by the “Subject” and received by the Association will be exclusively useful for the communciation and they will be stored only for the necessary time to realize the operations. The Association, through the consent of the Subject, will be able to send e-mail, mail and/or telephone number, for the necessary communication to realize the operations.

The personal data given by the “Subject” and received by the “Association” are about all the necessary operations useful to the achievement of the operation required, especially for the following categories: Anagraphical data of the Subject and email or telephone numbers.

Treatment of personal data is made through the following operations: collecting, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, elaboration, changes, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, cancelation and distruction of data. The personal data are subject to paper or electronic or digital treatment, and however, in order to guarantee the security and privacy of the data.
- Categories of subjects whose can be communicated the personal data
The personal data will be available to natural or juridical persons expressely authorized by the « Association », that perform actitivies of treatment essential for the pursuit of the purposes above mentioned, especially :
- Members and Collaborators of the Association, bound to the professional secrecy ;
- Administration and/or Financial/Fiscal/Social Authorities foreseen by the law and national or community rules ;
- Possible Supplier of the Association.
- Time of conservation of personal data
Personal data will be treated only for the needed time to realize the operations. In case of annulment of the “Subject”, the Association obligates itself to cancel from the archive the personal data of the “Subject”; except all the cases where the data treatment is necessary to achieve the legal duty whom the Association is tied to. In this case, the Association is committed to cancel from the archive the personal data of the “Subject”, not beyong the limit of time strictly needed to achieve this obligation.
- Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right of:
- Access to the personal data (required by email)
- Receiving updates, changes, integration, cancellation, anonymous transformation or block of personal data treated as a law violation (reequired by email);
- Statement that the above mentioned operations have been communicated to whom they have been spread.
- The portability of personal data (required by email)
- Suspension of the consent, expect the cases which the treatment of personal data is needed to achieve the legal obligation whom the association is tied to.
- Making a compalint to the control authority (garantor of the privacy)

Use of the form contacts and data inserted in comments or contacts
If you write from the page “Contacts”, your data will be used only to reply to you; the same if you write by electronic email. Your data will be memorized in our archive of electronic mail, in the website database (hosted on arcserver.it) ; data will not be given to anybovy unless you don’t authorize anybody to use them.

Collected data will stay in our database; they bill be later archived internally and they can be removed in any moment just by sending an email to info@www.festivalcircoitalia.com, requiring the removal of the data we own.
